Welcome to Nor Cal Rental Property Association!

We are a non-profit organization serving the needs of individuals and companies who own, manage, or provide services and products for the rental housing industry. At NCRPA, we strive to serve, protect, provide and educate our members and the communities they represent. That is our mission, plain and simple.

As the Northern California and Central Valley Affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), NCRPA covers the San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mariposa and Calaveras counties. In June of 2013, we grew to include Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Sonoma, Solano and Napa counties. Our Association now has over 34,000 units from our expansion with NAA.

Membership with NCRPA includes membership with NAA and CAL-RHA.
