As the Northern California and Central Valley Affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), NCRPA represents a broad and diverse region—including San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mariposa, Calaveras, Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Sonoma, Solano, and Napa counties. Through our partnership with NAA, our reach and impact have grown significantly, now supporting over 700 rental property owners and property management companies, representing more than 65,000 rental units.
