The Nor Cal Rental Property Association (NCRPA) is one of Northern California’s longest‑standing advocates for rental housing providers and property management professionals. Established in 1908 and formally chartered in 1935, our association has spent more than a century supporting the success, professionalism, and growth of the rental housing industry.
Over the years, our partnership with the National Apartment Association has allowed us to expand our reach and strengthen our impact. Beginning with San Joaquin County, our service area now includes communities across Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mariposa, Calaveras, Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Sonoma, Solano, and Napa counties.
Today, NCRPA is a trusted resource and industry leader, proudly supporting over 700 rental property owners and property management companies, representing more than 65,000 rental units throughout the region.
