F100 - 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit:
If Tenant fails to pay rent when due, the Owner/Agent may, on the following day, serve notice to request the rent be paid or the Tenant vacate. Notice may only contain past due rent; no other charges may be included. After notice expires and Tenant does not comply, Owner/Agent may initiate an Unlawful Detainer action (Eviction) without serving any other notice.
