F610 Notice of C19TRA20-Covid-19 Tenant Relief Act 2020:

This Notice is required to be sent by landlords to any resident who, as of March 1, 2020, have missed one or more rent payments that came due between March 1 and September 30, 2021 in order to inform the resident about the new law. NCRPA also recommends that this form be provided to any resident who will be served a notice of demand for past due rents that came/will come due between March 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021, if the resident has not previously been provided with this notice of information.
